The OASYS Player is supplied with all the tools to reliably and efficiently frame accurately play content to air in accordance the schedules you have created. This can be fully automated (unattended playout) or manually assisted. Content is both automatically copied from central storage to the Player as required in the schedule, and automatically deleted when no longer required to clean the drive.
A simple to understand time-line representation of the playout output is provided enabling you to manually control playout from the user interface. Use point and click mouse buttons, keyboard shortcuts and/or trigger events / hotkeys to start by sending UDP commands from other systems. These may be external control devices or a full MCR (Master Control Room) system with special event keys, and emergency action features.
Cut, edit and change any parts of any event in the playlist whilst the playlist is playing, using the preview and edit function. Even while an event is playing, if you realise that something is wrong with it, you can edit that event and correct it on the fly using the resubmit current event function.
